The blue economy (Gunter Pauli) and The Harverd Growth Culture Model are the basis of Grooblue. Blue economy is the future of thinking economically. This is urgently needed. We must grow in balance with nature, with staff highly motivated to work: not only for the money but also for a clear purpose. I believe that people within organizations play an essential role in keeping our world liveable now and in the future. It is staff that will create change. So when implementing new sustainability frameworks like CSRD, trained and motivated staff will make the difference turning mandatory regulation into meaningful impact.
